Welcome to TK Show Goats. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services, including frozen semen, AI supplies, and livestock genetics. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Provisions

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The content on this site is for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making breeding decisions without consulting professional advice.

2. Genetics and Frozen Semen

• Viability: While we provide high-motility semen and maintain strict storage protocols, TK Show Goats does not guarantee a successful pregnancy or specific offspring traits.
• Handling: Once the product leaves our facility or is delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage (such as tank failure or improper handling) transfers to the buyer.
• Use: Semen is sold for the express purpose of artificial insemination. Resale of individual straws is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

3. Equipment and Tank Rentals

• Responsibility: Customers renting tanks are responsible for the equipment from the time of receipt until it is returned to our facility.
• Damage Fees: Any damage to rental tanks or equipment beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges to the customer.
• Late Returns: Late returns on rental equipment may be subject to daily fees as outlined at the time of rental.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We use specialized carriers for the transport of biological materials. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, weather, or customs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and properly store nitrogen tanks upon arrival.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the biological nature of our products (semen and embryos), all sales of frozen genetics are final. AI supplies and merchandise may be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

TK Show Goats shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of livestock, veterinary fees, or failed breeding cycles.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which TK Show Goats operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
